Should I tip my driver?
If you feel that you received exceptional service from your driver, please consider leaving a tip. Our drivers are licensed chauffeurs and depend on gratuity just the same as many service professionals do.

Where is the pickup location?
The pickup location is at Treasure Island Siren’s Cove.
Is gratuity included for the meal / drinks at Vamp'd?
Gratuity is not included for any Vamp’d food or drink vouchers that are provided through a tour. Please reward the waitresses / bartender with a tip for outstanding service.
Can we take pictures / record video while on a tour?
Please take as many pictures as you like when on a tour!
Recording video is not allowed at Count’s Kustoms.

Are tours for a specific date available?
If you can select a reservation date from the dropdown list on a tour’s reservation page, then there is availability for you to book!
Conversely, if your desired reservation date is not in the dropdown list, then that tour date is not available for booking.
Are children allowed on the tours?
We love it when fans include their families on our day time tours! The Count’s Car Tour is open to all ages. Guests of the Count’s VIP Tour must be 21+ years of age.
Are infants or elderly counted towards the total number of reservation passengers?
When booking a tour, any children, adults or elderly (all ages) must be counted as a ‘person’ when selecting the quantity of people for your reservation.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
All tour locations are wheelchair accessible but none of our fleet vehicles are wheelchair accessible.
If an individual is able to board and exit the vehicle by their own power, then we can store a folding wheelchair on the vehicle while traveling to the stops on the tour. If this is not the case, then we apologize as we will not be able to accommodate.
Can a custom tour be created with special parameters?
We only offer tours which are listed on the Count’s Tours website.
The scope and price of each tour has been approved by the Nevada Transportation Authority and cannot be modified.
Can a tour reservation's person capacity, date, time or pickup location be modified?
Modification of a tour reservation’s person capacity, date, time or pickup location details can only be done pending availability and if requested at least 72 hours prior to the original reservation date and time.
An increase in person capacity can be achieved by creating a new reservation through the website or by contacting us directly.
A reduction in a reservation’s person capacity is only possible if the new requested total capacity is at least two and if requested at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date. A cancellation fee of 20% of the value of the capacity reduction will be deducted from the refunded amount.
Can a reservation be cancelled and refunded?
Reservation cancellation must be done at least 72 hours prior to the reservation date and time for a refund to be honored.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the original charge will be deducted from all honored refunds.
‘No Shows’ are non-refundable.
